Get out your calendar and schedule your week.
Why are you so inflexible?
You need to count calories and get this weight off.
Stop feeding into diet culture. Love your body as it is.
Volunteer. Sure I can do that.
You are too busy.
Everyone is busy.
You need to read self help books.
You need to read a novel. Not everything has to be work.
Eliminate alcohol. Eliminate sugar.
Don’t be so uptight. Enjoy wine with friends and ice cream with your kids.
You don’t do it in moderation though.
Strive for what you want, set goals.
Be content. Be satisfied.
We should travel.
We should build up a savings account.
We should update our home.
You can’t do it all.
